PRODUCTION SYSTEM
Production System
I won't cheat. I don't imitate others. Based on this philosophy, we utilize unique technologies that no other company has to produce products that are not available in the market, all while maintaining the specified quality and delivering them to our customers.

STEP01:Warping Machine Name: Warping Machine
The warp threads of the fabric are arranged in the order of the pattern and wound in multiple steps until the required number of threads is achieved.

Pile fabrics are woven by combining the pile threads that protrude from the base fabric and the ground threads that form the base.

A special needle is used to align the pile of the pile fabrics and to separate the threads.

Initiatives aimed at customer satisfaction
-
Customer Satisfaction Survey
Through our sales activities, we collect information on customer satisfaction, dissatisfaction, and needs. We create and analyze customer satisfaction survey reports on a monthly basis. Furthermore, in the industrial materials group, we exchange information with overseas bases three times a year, working daily from a global perspective.

Product Development Tailored to Customer Needs
While moquette is a fabric with limited variations, we listen not only to railway and bus companies but also to the voices of the general public through social media. Despite the fewer options available, we are focusing on developing moquettes that satisfy everyone in terms of texture, color, and design.
