Established over 100 years ago, Nippon Seal is a seller of etiquette brushes loved around the world. We also manufacture and sell industrial brushes used in air conditioners and air purifiers, as well as "moquette," a type of upholstery fabric for trains and buses. Guided by our philosophy of "no cheating and no imitation," we have established "conscience plus wisdom" as our management philosophy, and we strive to create products that are beneficial to society.

In principle, the Industrial Materials Group accepts drawings from customers and sells secondary processed products based on those drawings. If you would like to purchase raw fabric, please consult our sales representative, as we will discuss the sale after understanding the user and the intended application.

We primarily offer durable nylon pile brushes. Other materials are also available for manufacturing, so please feel free to contact us.

If we do not have the fabric of your desired specifications in stock, it will take approximately 2 to 3 months. If we have the fabric in stock, we can create a prototype in about 2 weeks. We carry a wide variety of fabrics, so we can provide suggestions based on your needs.

We apologize, but we do not sell moquette fabric to individual customers.

For new patterns, the lead time is 2 months for design and another 2 months for prototype production. Additionally, for mass-produced moquettes, it takes 2 to 3 months from the time of order. Please contact us when you need it, as the timeline may vary depending on the complexity of the process and the quantity.

At Nippon Seal, we are creating eco-friendly moquettes by using recycled polyester yarn for our eco-moquettes and employing inkjet printing that generates less wastewater.

The design is developed through discussions based on the concepts of railway and bus companies, as well as vehicle manufacturers, and then incorporated into the moquette.
