"Moquette" Fabric We Create

The fabric of the chairs you sit on in trains and buses is made from a pile fabric called "moquette." As the number of railway cars and buses designed for a more enjoyable riding experience increases, we consider the role of moquette. With this in mind, we are focusing on developing moquettes and other products made using processes that minimize environmental impact.

FEATURES

To Create a Safe and Comfortable
Interior Space

We would like to introduce the items handled by our Vehicle Group.

01

Moquette Fabric

We offer moquette fabrics in colors and designs that align with the concepts of each business operator. It is also possible to create custom designs based on your requests.

02

Seat Cushioning Material

We offer vehicle interior materials, FleecelonⓇ and BreathairⓇ, which provide both comfort and durability, primarily for use in railway vehicles.

PRODUCT

Total Proposal
for Interior Car Space

In recent years, there has been an increase in seat fabrics for both railway vehicles and buses that showcase the individuality of each company.
While you may not take much time to notice these details during your ride, I would be pleased if you remember this website the next time you use public transport. The texture and length of the pile can vary depending on the train or bus.
For more information on interior design, including differences based on vehicle usage, please check here.

TOKYU RAILWAYS

This is the interior of Tokyu Corporation's Toyoko Line 5050 series train. The interior features a red moquette that matches the route's color. A distinctive characteristic of Tokyu Corporation is that the backrest and seat have different designs.

Osaka Metro

This is the interior of Osaka Metro's 30000A series train. In line with the sparkling dots on the car body, dot patterns are also used throughout the interior.

Kobe City Transportation

As a route bus that runs through the city, Kobe's tourist spots, such as Ijinkan and Port Tower, are represented in the textile design.

Keio Corporation

This is the interior of the 1000 series Inokashira Line operated by Keio Electric Railway Co., Ltd. The seat design reflects the hydrangeas that bloom along the railway line. The interior is bright, with regular seats in purple and priority seats in orange.

Keisei Bus Chiba West

This is a bus created in 2023 as a "festival bus." We assisted in the production of this bus, which was planned and designed in collaboration with students from local universities.

Seibu Bus

This is the interior of a Seibu Bus, which has undergone a redesign for the first time in 67 years. The moquette features a cross pattern that matches the cross design of the car body.
